
Session Guide
how a session is structured
The session starts with a brief introduction to the fundamentals of pranic energy and my role in the process. I then lay out the session's sequence, inviting you to make yourself comfortable (seated or lying down) and to close your eyes in preparation for the main 'channelled energy' part of the session. My guiding voice accompanies you up until the first few moments, to facilitate your immersion into the energy flow.
After the energy work is complete, you are gently guided to reorient yourself at your own pace. A brief explanation follows on how the energy will 'diffuse' and integrate within you in the days to come, emphasizing the practical implications in your daily life - leading seamlessly into the Q&A / discussion segment, for which you can choose to engage actively or conclude your experience as observer without any pressure to participate further.
energy waves
With a 30min session, you’ll typically experience one energy ‘wave’ - for a 60min session, there's usually two waves - and for a 90min session, there's usually three waves… Think of waves in the open ocean; crests & troughs. Each crest will take you higher than the previous one, and each trough will ground you further into the experience.
Imagine you’re in a bath and the water is filling-up around you: that’s a crest, the energy flowing and surrounding you. A trough is you just soaking-up the heat of the water and floating in its warmth, while the energy works-in deeper into you.
energy intent
FOR LV3 | EXELERATE SESSIONS
For this session, the energy will first focus on what you need most - here and now.
I also invite you to put forward an intent, and together we'll bring the energy's focus on this.
Have a think about what you want - it can be anything you’d like the energy to focus on (treat it as your personal Genie-in-the-lamp), and I invite you to share it with me so that I can consciously reinforce that guidance into the energy flow (optional).
Now in terms of that intent coming into being:
The intent will be put forward following a combination of ‘you' (here & now in this physical reality life experience), as well as the ‘You' (your Celestial Being, of which the ‘you' here & now represents a beautifully unique facet), as well as me;
So ‘you’ put the intent forward, and the closer it matches to the path that ‘You’ have set-out to experience in this lifetime, the closer it will be followed. The energy I channel is just there to boost that, and is further focused with my intent.
Swimming with the current is always easier.
In case you're trying to figure-out what intent you want to bring forward, focus on what you'd really want to see materialise in your life experience moving forward - something that you'll be committed to striving for, something that is in-line with your (current) highest 'excitement', something that sings to your soul... It can be anything, from more career opportunities, a more fulfilling relationship, boosting your natural abilities, a stronger connection with your true purpose & path, the ability to overcome an issue that's been troubling you etc.

that intent into the flow of channelled pranic energy
session guidelines

Make yourself comfortable - you can choose to be seated or to lie down (recommended). Only adopt a seated meditation pose if you are absolutely comfortable doing so for the entire session.

Once the actual session starts, close your eyes and let yourself drift into it.

You can move / shift position during the session, but try to keep your eyes closed throughout.

Should you get distracted (i.e. passing noise etc.) just let it pass and drift back into it.

At-home sessions: should you get interrupted (i.e. the doorbell ringing etc.) just emerge, handle the situation, come back and relax back into it. Dont’ worry, the flow will catch you up.

At-home sessions: should your child or your pet try to get your attention or climb onto you, it’s because they’re already feeling the energy that’s starting to build-up around you and want to join-in – so let them be in your space and share the experience, and let them leave if they’re done before you.

When I invite you to emerge, take whatever time you need to do so.
post-session guidelines
Take it easy for the next couple of hours following your session (especially for Lv2 / Lv3 sessions), and avoid taxing physical activities for the rest of the day.
Drink lots of water or white / green / red tea - at least 2/3l over the next 24h. Hydration is the physical body’s natural lubricant and conductive element, so like with any kind of energy work (and especially this amount), you’ll want to stay well hydrated to facilitate the process.
If you start feeling tiredness / aches / pains / headaches / dizziness etc. don’t be alarmed - that typically lasts 1-3 days and simply means that the energy is working ‘extra’ to realign your physical body with your other energy bodies; to give your physical body a deeper (and much needed) cleanse & vibrational increase. If on the other hand you feel super-energised, well then your physical body is not the focus and the energy is working with your other energy bodies on higher things.
energy diffusion
The other takeaway from a session is the energy that stays-on and surrounds you - imagine a cocoon of light slowly resorbing itself into you over the period.
After the initial ‘boost’ of a session and the energy work it does on you right there & then, this is the true ‘real life’ part of your energy bond with the Universe, as this is the time when the energy will surround and sink-in to you, to crystallise the shift in your energy vibration.
Be mindful of your intuition and the coincidences (synchronicity) & opportunities that present themselves to you in whatever form during this period and especially over the next few days, as this is your Higher Self - along with the Universe - working with this new energy (your new ’state of Being’) to bring about the beautiful change engine that you are.
These coincidences & opportunities are not always what you would typically perceive as 'positive' in the traditional sense. At times, the Universe is gifting you experiences to give you the opportunity to break certain patterns that hold you from moving forward.
In order to become more self-aware and of a higher vibration, it is necessary to clear / let go of old (lower vibration) energies, typically linked to negative belief patterns about yourself - and thus through you, the world around you.
energy assimilation
Pranic energy recognizes us, as we’re all different and beautifully unique, and we all go at different speeds.
Pranic energy knows that and each time gives us exactly what we need for the next step - because it’s a process of assimilation:
You take energy in, you absorb & learn from it, opening you up a bit more (and increasing your vibration), then you take some more in, assimilate it more, open-up a bit more, and again. And again.
Like life itself, only in higher gear.
